These terms govern your use of the SteelPaws website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
About us
SteelPaws is a Melbourne-based hardware brand. Our company details and ABN will be published here once trading is live.
Use of the site
You may browse, share, and link to pages on this site. You may not scrape it programmatically, copy substantial portions of its content, or impersonate the brand.
Products and orders
- All product specifications, descriptions, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.
- We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch.
- Stock and lead times are indicative; we'll notify you if anything affects your order.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is due at checkout. Title in the goods passes to you on full payment.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
Our shipping, returns, and warranty terms are set out in the Shipping & Warranty drawer in the site footer. In summary:
- International Express delivery, 10–15 business days, complimentary on orders over $100.
- All sales final. Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind cancellations.
- 12-month replacement warranty on electronic pump modules; structural defects in steel components are covered by immediate technical exchange.
Material claims
We design SteelPaws hardware for an indefinite operational life — the steel components themselves don't structurally fail under domestic use. This is a statement of design intent, not a perpetual warranty. The 12-month replacement warranty above governs the practical commitment.
Intellectual property
The SteelPaws name, logo, brand language, product photography, and site code are the property of SteelPaws. Don't reproduce them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We do not exclude any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.
